Challenge
Visy needed to bring their product management team closer to the facility.
Fixing the constraint
Heighton built an office area over the top of the current maintenance area. This meant that maintenance could remain where they were, and we could use the height above them for more office space.
Implementation
Visy now has space for a boardroom and control room with a large open office area for additional staff members.
