Challenge
After buying a new facility to expand operations, IAS found some issues with the new building. This delayed the start date whilst these issues were resolved.
Fixing the constraint
Heighton was able to pre-order materials and have them ready for installation as soon as the issues with the building we resolved.
Implementation
IAS was able to get operational asap so that the investment could start to return income to the company.
