Project
Flavorite is the largest glasshouse producer of fresh fruits and vegetables in Australia, they provide our people and plants with the safest, cleanest and most sustainable growing environment.
Challenge
Flavorite had issues accessing maintenance issues quickly. They were expanding fast and required additional facilities for office space and a lucnhroom area
Fixing the constraint
Heighton built a new amenities area, office area, lunchroom space and a stepover walkway system using food grade checkered plate steel flooring & current support system
Implementation
Flavorite now runs it more efficiently. Maintenance can access the conveyor logs quicker and the production managers can oversee the lines from their current office area.
