Heighton is pleased to announce the successful completion of JBS Toowoomba, Beef City Facility Expansion project. Located half an hour west of Toowoomba, Beef City is a specialised grain fed processing facility, drawing upon our company-owned and operated feedlots to process up to 1,134 cattle per day for the high end global beef market. Heighton was engaged to design a second level floor system to incorporate packaging systems. Heighton’s mezzanine floor solution included an automated lift system enabling JBS to increase overall operations efficiency and reduce costs.
