Streets is an Australian ice-cream brand owned by the multi-national British-Dutch company Unilever.
Project Background
Heighton was engaged by Streets Ice Cream to address staff coordination challenges across separate buildings and create additional office and function spaces. A turnkey modular EPS mezzanine system was designed and delivered, integrating facilities seamlessly with zero downtime or injuries.
The Challenge
Heighton solutions team were engaged to review options to resolve challenges relating to the management and coordination of staff between separate buildings, and the requirement for additional functions room and staff offices within the existing warehouse space.
The Solution
Heighton designed & delivered a turnkey modular EPS mezzanine office system dividing the warehouse space into additional offices, enabling separate facilities to be combined into one. Heighton designed, constructed and fitted out multiple offices and a large scale functions room to facilitate for additional staff.
The Results
The project was delivered with zero downtime and injuries. Streets Ice Cream team were pleased with the bespoke design and outcome of the project.
