The Problem
Truckload had purchased a new facility and wants to increase their total floor area for additional open-plan office space in the warehouse area but couldn’t extend the building to create the extra space.
The Solution
Heighton designed a mezzanine over their existing amenities to make not usable space into usable space without affecting the rest of the facility.
The Outcome
As a result, Truckload didn’t have to sacrifice any of its current warehouse space for additional office space, and it was able to create extra space using a mezzanine system.
