The Problem
- Southern States Group had an increasing amount of bulky storage and had nowhere to store it and assemble the product. The ground floor was already maxed out and their only option was to go up.
The Solution
- Heighton designed a fit for purpose mezzanine solution that gave the extra space they needed and didn’t interfere with their existing operation. They required extra load rating on the mezzanine and custom post locations that needed to work in with Semi trailers being parked under the mezzanine.
The Outcome
- The result gave Southern States Group the capacity they needed and the space they needed whilst at the same time not interfering with existing practices.
