The Problem
- Kuhn Farm had minimal showroom space that wasn’t temperature-controlled and needed to expand to service their clients. They also had no space for board meetings and training.

The Solution
- Heighton designed a solution that used their air space at the same time as increasing the showroom on the ground floor. Kuhn Farm was able to use the space created on the first floor as training and boardroom.

The Outcome
- Kuhn Farm can now invite guests to their new training/boardroom for conferences rather than meeting offsite.

–  This Solution provided extra storage space and an area that can be locked to keep tools safe in a manufacturing area. A custom feature for this project was a split door into the toolroom that can be opened from the top while the bottom half of the door stays closed.
