The Problem
- Heighton solutions team were engaged to review options to resolve challenges relating to the management and coordination of staff between separate buildings, and requirement for additional functions room and staff offices within the existing warehouse space.
The Solution
- Heighton designed & delivered a turnkey modular EPS mezzanine office system dividing the warehouse space into additional offices, enabling separate facilities to be combined into one. Heighton designed, constructed and fitted out multiple offices and a large scale functions room to facilitate for additional staff.
The Outcome
- The project was delivered with zero downtime and injuries. Fleetspace team were pleased with the bespoke design and outcome of the project.
