The Problem
Finsbury Green had new machines ordered that somehow needed to fit into their existing operation without taking up too much room production space. The machines need to be temperature controlled in a warehouse scenario.
The Solution
Heighton designed and constructed a structural mezzanine system with a temperature-controlled room on the ground floor. These enabled Finsbury Green to have their new machines running on the ground floor in the temperature-controlled room, also creating extra storage space above the mezzanine.
The Outcome
Since Finsbury Green invested in their building, they haven’t had to move facilities or haven’t sacrificed floor space. They have made their operation more effective and got a better return on their real estate.
