We carry the design and the construction together, so there is no gap between consultants for problems to fall into. When something needs solving, you have one team to call.
A fixed price, agreed before you commit.
We set a budget with you up front, then test it against the market through design. Once the scope is locked, the price and the program are ours to hold, not yours.
No surprises on site.
We plan the staging, safety and sequencing before we start, whether it is a new facility or a working site. You get a build that runs to plan, not one you are managing at midnight.
